Membership policies

We bill your card automatically on the 1st of each month. Book anytime and your credits apply automatically at checkout. Gratuity is not included. If your card is declined we will reach out for a new one; after 30 days without a response, the membership is canceled and remaining credits are forfeited.
As long as your membership is active, unused credits roll over with no expiration, for you to use anytime.
Life gets busy. Freeze your membership for up to 3 months per calendar year through your membership profile.
Memberships are month to month with no penalty to cancel. Cancel online through your membership profile with at least 30 days notice before your next billing cycle; your final payment covers that cycle. After canceling, you have 30 days to use remaining credits.
Gift your monthly credit to a friend or family member, up to 3 credits per year.
